The customer is loyal to a brand, a location or a person, and rarely if ever contemplates the organizational silos, sophisticated technology, or the holding companies and subsidiaries touching their banking relationship. While bigger organizations have the opportunity to leverage megabytes of data, better organizations are those which view each customer as a unique individual and which mine the value of every customer transaction.
