New Levels of Personal Performance
Executive Coaching Client: Assistant Vice President of a leading systems, solutions and technical services company which offers a broad range of expertise in defense efforts, intelligence, homeland security, space and earth sciences, and global commercial services.
Coaching Objective: Executive Coaching participant desired to achieve a new level of personal performance that would strengthen his influence, impact, value to his organization, and position him for the next level of advancement.
Coaching Means: The coachee was charged with formulating a personal strategic plan, placing a focus on building his leadership skills and defining networking resources. Specific and measurable accountabilities for each of these areas were created, and the Monarch Performance Group coach worked closely with the coachee to track progress.
Activities included practice interviewing and networking sessions that helped to increase the coachee’s confidence level and overall executive presence.
Coaching Result: Coachee was offered the new position of Program Manager, and subsequently promoted to the title of Assistant Vice President. Coachee continues to use leadership and networking skills that were a focus of the Monarch Executive Coaching Process.
