Step 5: Ongoing Coaching
The most powerful part of our training is Monarch Performance Group’s Ongoing Coaching. Utilized for senior managers and key employees, this one-on-one coaching can dramatically improve bottom line results over time.
The objective of the sessions is to help management sustain the behavioral changes that have resulted from training and retooling. The focus of the sessions is on ensuring that the tools created for change are being utilized correctly, that managers are concentrating on business behaviors and skills identified as most important and that a collaborative environment is reinforced.
Deliverables include customized:
- One-on-One Coaching with monthly one-hour sessions for three months to one year via telephone
- Follow-up coaching emails with action items for accountability
- Personal Action Plans
- Confidential Coaching Summaries
Options include:
- Periodic face-to-face sessions to support telephone coaching and conduct observations
