Executive Coaching Client: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) at large national brokerage firm.

Coaching Objective: Executive Coaching participant had recently gained CFP designation and wanted to grow the size of her managed portfolio to obtain recognition and company success designation. The coachee also desired to achieve a balance between career and personal life.

Coaching Means: The MPG Performance Group coach charged the coachee with the design and implementation of a business development and time management model. The coach and coachee collaborated on areas such as: marketing strategy, work methodologies, relationship management, negotiation skills, and communication abilities. Specific objectives and accountabilities were designed for each area, and the MPG coach helped monitor goal achievement.

Coaching Result: Coachee realized a 45.8% increase in revenue generation and a 50% increase in managed portfolio; she also attained the desired company success designation. In subsequent years, coachee has continued to increase revenue generation and size of portfolio, as well as receiving a promotion to Vice President.
